I’ve blogged about them before, but since this is the week of love and card-giving I thought I’d do so again.  Love these cute tags, and I LOVE this card. I might just have to get it and frame it.

*side note* I don’t know why I feel so inclined to share this.  But as a child my mom would only let us have twenty pieces of candy.  That’s right, we came home with our pillow cases full, dumped all our candy on the floor and picked our most coveted twenty pieces.  The rest went to my dad’s work.  Somehow my sister could savor those twenty pieces for what seemed like weeks (when in reality it was probably one week), but I always devoured mine within the first two days. And I never once got a tummy ache.  Ha! I showed you mom!!

This is how I felt yesterday when Mick came home with our FOURTH computer.  Yes, there are only two of us.  But then he said I could have fun shopping in Italy.  I guess it evens out.

Here’s a little secret: she does all the coordinating work for you! I think buying through her lines are great and easy way to get coordinate fabrics without the “matchy-matchy” look…something that designers are hired to do :)

But I’m all about helping my reader’s out.  I even might get some of these fabrics for my own home.  They have the perfect blend of modern with fun; faminine and masculine.  I just wish her fabrics were a little nicer than a simple cotton blend (for my drapes).  Mick and I have been having the hardest time agreeing on patterns we both like.  I think I’ve found a winner though:

My oh My.  LOVE the work of Vana Chupp.  The sillouhettes, the great design, the perfect charm of her work is simply famulous.  Le Papier Studio has a wide range of paper products.  Many that can be custom done.  Now to decide what to order.

Because we’re living with my in-laws we’re now living with two little pups.  Both the same breed, both incredibly mischeivious, and both little rascles.  These fun illustrations from husband and wife duo Katie Kirk and Nathan Strandbergare very appropraite for what we’ve been livng with these past couple days.  

The illustrations are from a children’s book called Eli, No! I love the bold graphics and fun colors.  Eight Hour Day, the design studio has some great work.

I love looking around L’affiche Moderne.  It’s a great webshop that features different modern artist.  I came across this happy poster and had to share.  It’s by artist Lucile Placin.  The different patters, colors…everything about it is so inspiring.
